CONTROL: the POWER to influence or direct people’s behaviour, or the course of events. For example – the whole operation is under the control of a production manager.

TOOL CONTROL IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE IN YOUR WORKPLACE, TO ENSURE PROPER RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE BEING FOLLOWED, SO YOUR BUSINESS RUNS SMOOTHLY.
